Turn off your damn YT history

I don't mean just wiping your history.

Wipe your history and pause your history.

You can do this by going to the history page, not your account settings.

Doing this will disable your recommendations.

For me, this has made the biggest difference in cutting my YouTube watch time without needing to block the site entirely.
